Did you know last year the 49ers defense was on the field for more plays than any other team in the league? Did you know that two 49ers defensive players played everyone of those downs?
Patrick Willis was one of those players and I’ll give you one guess on who the other was. That’s right Nate was on the field for everyone of the 1,079 snaps, which again was more than any other team. In the end Nate and Patrick saw more action than any players in the NFL.

The Offense needs to pick up the slack thats for sure. Good to see though that the two anchors of our defense got that experience playing in the newly entered NFC West, that’s valuable in the long run.
I knew we were on the field alot, and it figures we had the most snaps. It actually impresses me that we werent the worst defense. If our offense can pick it up we could have one of the best defenses.
